Warsaw14Builder
Rockets, games, and language models trained from nothing. I’m Jerzy, Jurek to everyone. This page is the tour.
01About
I’m 14, I live in Warsaw, and I build things. Rockets that fly, games that run in a browser, and language models trained from scratch.
I’m a vibecoder. I design the thing, argue about the architecture, and Claude writes the code. I like minimalism in design, in code, in cars: fewer things, done properly.
02Work
Drag or scroll to turn the ring. Tap a card to open it.
03Workshop
A Bambu Lab X1C that runs more than it rests. Fins, nose cones, servo brackets, a robot dog’s face. A part starts as OpenSCAD code and ends up here.
Scroll builds the part. Drag to turn it.
04The G ladder
The long game: a ladder of language models trained from nothing. G-Micro (117M) exists and works. G-Mini is 178M. Then G-Core, then G-Mega past a billion.
No local hardware can do it, so everything trains on free GPU hours. Software and AI is where I’m heading.
Move over a monolith to wake it up.
05Piano
I play piano, and it leaks into the code anyway. Half my experiments are instruments. This one is playable.
Tap the keys, or press A S D F G H J.
06The workshop
The door is open. Everything above lives in here too. Walk around, look at the shelf, talk to me.
